EVENTLAB PRODUCTION
EventLab Production is the organiser and creative producer of PORTAL Music Fest. The company develops original event concepts by combining strategy, creative direction, festival programming, marketing, commercial partnerships, artist relations and end-to-end project management.
Our approach is focused on building a complete festival product rather than producing a collection of separate elements. We develop the central idea and positioning, create the visual and communication language, shape the programme structure, manage relationships with artists, partners and suppliers, design the guest journey and coordinate the preparation of every functional area across the festival grounds.
EventLab Production is responsible for the overall management of the project, including strategy, budgeting, scheduling, contractor selection and coordination, deadline control, concept consistency and the integration of all workstreams into one operating system. The assembly, technical maintenance and operation of the stage, sound, lighting and other specialist equipment are carried out by qualified technical contractors under the organiser’s coordination and in accordance with the approved project concept.
Our strength lies in connecting a strong creative idea with commercial logic and operational execution. We treat the stages, programme, venue, brand, partner integrations and audience experience as parts of one unified festival environment rather than as independent components.
PORTAL Music Fest reflects EventLab Production’s long-term ambition to build a contemporary international-level festival brand in Armenia. We aim to develop PORTAL as a sustainable cultural and commercial platform that brings together international and local artists, broad audiences, brands and new entertainment formats.
For us, PORTAL is not a one-off event. It is the foundation of a long-term project. Our goal is to continuously raise its quality, expand its scale and geography, build a recognisable festival community and create an event product capable of representing Armenia within the regional and international live entertainment market.
